Interesting when Jesus prayed in John 17....notice what he is doing here: giving us a model for how to think about discipling others. I love this and have come to understand it more clearly in my own life as I have grown closer to the calling in my life and finding my purpose.
I am ultimately convinced that we should take the same approach as Jesus did in viewing the people that follow us as gifts from God....on loan from him. We should manifest His name to them....perpetuating the cycle of discipling that Jesus himself began.
